Our History

Founded in 1982, Asian Home Gourmet^TM’s vision is to bring the wonderful flavours and aroma of authentic recipes from their homeland in Asia into homes around the world.

The first fruits of their labours were the Asian Home Gourmet^TM spice paste range. Made with the freshest ingredients directly from Asia and available in a convenient sachet format, Asian Home Gourmet^TM were pioneers in bringing Asia’s favourite authentic recipes out of Chinatown and into supermarkets the world over.

Over the ensuing years, the spice paste range has extended to capture authentic recipes in Singaporean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Indian and Chinese cuisines and Asian Home Gourmet^TM has grown into a truly international brand sold in 8000+ supermarkets across 41 countries. In addition to retail products, selected recipes from the Asian Home Gourmet^TM range are also available in large packs designed for the restaurant industry.

For many, Asian Home Gourmet^TM brought Asian food into their kitchen for the first time, and has stayed there ever since.
