Indonesian Mee Goreng Mee Goreng is Bahasa Indonesian for “frying noodles”. In this case, noodles cooked in authentic mild tomato and chilli sambal. One of Indonesia’s favourite dishes, Mee Goreng is traditionally made using Hokkien egg noodles, however it can be made with any noodle – even instant noodles! |

Indonesian Nasi Goreng Literally translated, Nasi Goreng means “fried rice” in Bahasa Indonesian, but the exciting flavours created by a combination of tamarind and chilli makes this anything but an ordinary fried rice. This very special fried rice is the national dish of Indonesia and is one of the most well known and loved Indonesian dishes around the world. |
